1. click Browse... and find your   IconPositions.bin   file (84K max file size)
NOTE: your file is most likely located here:     C:\Program Files\Funcom\Anarchy Online\Prefs\[USERNAME]\Char[CHARNUM]\IconPositions.bin
2. click examine

sort method:
profession, then by type, then by self/team/area, then by QL
alphabetically
nanocost, then alphabetic
